SPEC Stage 2 clutch kits are designed for street, drag race, pulling, and autocross use. They feature segmented or full-faced Kevlar discs with steel backings. These linings deliver excellent drivability like SPEC Stage 1 clutches, but with slightly longer life and higher torque capacity. The hubs are double-sprung with spring cover reliefs for flexibility and heat-treated components for strength and durability.

Break-In Procedure (opens in new tab): A minimum of 450 miles, primarily city driving with frequent stop and go situations, before full throttle engagement, drag launching or speed shifting. Failure to follow these steps will hinder the performance of the clutch and void the warranty. SPEC will not warrant any component failure due to installation errors.
